SPh2ONGE’s original super absorbent range is an innovative product ready to assist you in all manner of household chores. It’s material is so unique that special care should be undertaken to get the very best out of its performance. We’ve outlined our top care tips below:

• Both SPh2ONGE and Cloth by SPh2ONGE will dry hard, to soften run both products under warm water.  The cloth by SPh2ONGE is made in layers of our unique material, as the cloth can dry together it is imperitive that the cloth is run under water and gently shaken free of itself. Pulling will remove layers of material and expose the cotton gauze underneath damaging the product.

• When you have finished using your super absorbent SPh2ONGE product, wring out as much liquid as possible and do not store in a seal container or humid area as this will encourage mould growth. If mould growth happens it is advisable to replace the product.

• Due to the super absorbent open cell technology your products colour will fade over time, this will be sped up with the introduction of chemicals either directly onto the material or absorbed from surfaces. Once a chemical has been ingress it is best practice to always check for colour fastness.

• Our super absorbent range is heat sensitive, it’s not advised to dry on any radiators or put into a hot liquid.  
• The super absorbent range is best used with water only, chemicals can cause the colour to fade and/or leak or melt the material - this includes any chemicals remaining on surface from inadequate rinsing. It is best practice to rinse both products under water before each use to confirm colour fastness.
  

SPh2ONGE will be delivered to you within sealed plastic wrapping, the product will be damp to allow you to use immediately. 

For best results out of the package, soak and rinse before first use.

Completely. 

If your cloth dries out, soak in warm water and shake until completely unconnected to itself.

DO NOT pull apart as this will cause ripping and expose the cotton webbing underneath. 

In some cases excess dye remains in the product, this is completely harmless however when first out of the package please run under warm water until running clear.

Both products are made out of the same special material and can be used for the same purpose. The cloth is much thinner and covers a greater surface area so is extra useful for two main purposes:

1. Quicker clear up's for fast spreading spills

2. Easier to wring out dry afterwards. 

The cloth is best to allow to air dry, ready until next use. Like the SPh2ONGE, the cloth will go hard and will require soaking before use.

It is important that the cloth is not pulled apart when dry as this will damage the cloth and expose the cotton web underneath. 

We recommend soaking and shaking the cloth until it is completely free of itself.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to use your SPh2ONGE products on any fabrics including carpets, it is strongly recommended that you carry out an out of sight spot test to avoid any colour bleeding or transfer. When in doubt, it's always best to play it safe. Avoid the mess - just test!

Yes 

Rinsing under warm water will remove surface particles, soak for several minutes for dried on marks.

For a deep clean, SPh2ONGE will go in the washing machine at 30 degrees with your other household cloths, colour loss may occur.

Some stains will not be removable depending on the length of time within the product and type of liquid.

Yes you can, we recommend in the washing machine at 30 degrees on a short wash with similar household cloths. We do not recommend using detergent with our products.

Expedited colour loss can be expected. 

When not using your SPh2ONGE be sure to wring out as much liquid as possible and leave in an open environment, not a sealed compartment. If mould growth happens it is advisable to replace the product.

Because of the open pore technology used within our super absorbent range colour fading is a side effect over time.

While this will happen regardless of usage, we have found that the use of chemicals/ cleaning products can speed up the fading. 

However the loss of colour will not alter the products effectiveness.

Shipment processing time 

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not packaged or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, telephone or via our social media pages.

UK deliveries are via Royal Mail 48hr tracked.

Packages sent via Royal Mail that do not arrive when expected (up to 5 working days from dispatch) could have gone astray in the post. In this circumstance we have to wait 10 days before we can class the package as lost.

Postage costs are not refundable if the courier does not deliver within their specified timeframes. 

Once dispatched, you must contact us if you have not received your order within the timescale expected.

Like any soft material, over time it will deteriorate over time with use.

We'd expect a minimum of two months of normal use.

SPh2ONGE does not hold any certification to note as such, but nothing in the production indicates that it would be ineligible.
